I’ve been following the case of April who went missing from Sandra Lane in Indy. Just throwing this out there, but has anyone considered the possibility of her getting into a rideshare without realizing the driver wasn’t legit? Sometimes we assume the person at the wheel is who they are supposed to be, especially if we're distracted or in a hurry. It’s frustrating because it’s so easy for people to pose as rideshare drivers and prey on unsuspecting folks. Has anyone in the area noticed an uptick in reports of fake drivers, or is this something that hasn’t been brought up yet? Any insight would be appreciated. Stay safe out there, everyone.
