Hey everyone, I've been following Lane's case and something keeps nagging at me. Has anyone else thought about why he left his cellphone behind in the car? I mean, it seems odd, right? Nowadays, people are glued to their phones. Even if his vehicle was inoperable, why ditch the phone? It's almost like he didn't plan on needing it. Could it have been a sign he was meeting someone who he trusted, or maybe he didn't plan on being gone long? I wonder if there's any surveillance footage outside the Baymont that captured anything unusual around the time he was last seen. Thoughts?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been diving into Lane's case a bit more, and I've noticed something odd about the location. The Baymont Inn in Walterboro is right by Highway 17, which would make it easy to disappear quickly if you knew the area. I’m curious if anyone knows about any trails or paths in those woods that lead to secondary roads. It’s strange that Lane left his phone behind but chose to enter the woods. Could he have been meeting someone? It's just so puzzling how someone can vanish like that with seemingly no leads. Anyone familiar with the area who can weigh in on what it’s like back there?
