Hey everyone, I've been following Seth Koaloe's case, and something's been bothering me. Has anyone else noticed any reports or sightings of people matching Seth's description in the homeless communities around Solano County? I've seen a couple of mentions in local social media groups, but nothing confirmed. It's tough to track down solid leads, but maybe someone here knows of a way to connect with outreach groups that might have more info?
