Hey everyone, I've been following Rodolfo Palacio Rodas' case and came across something really intriguing. Has anyone else noticed the odd detail about his phone records? I mean, he was last heard from on August 31, 2017, but officially went missing on August 26, 2017. This gap makes me wonder if someone else had access to his phone?
