I keep thinking about the time and place of Jibri West’s murder. 9:15 PM isn’t that late, and the 600 block of M Street is usually bustling with people and activity. It's unsettling to think that something like this could happen in such a public spot in D.C., surrounded by so many potential witnesses. It makes me wonder if anyone saw anything that could help detectives piece the story together. It's been three years now, and I can't imagine the frustration and pain his family must feel waiting for answers. I'm hoping someone who knows something comes forward. There’s a $25,000 reward, but more important than the money is getting justice for Jibri and peace for his loved ones. If you know anything, please come forward. Remember, tips can be submitted anonymously. Let’s not let Jibri’s case get lost in the statistics of a violent year.
