Has anyone else noticed that Dewayne's disappearance coincides with that big festival that was happening downtown around the same time? I'm not trying to start any conspiracy theories here, but I'm just curious if anyone else had seen this connection. Maybe there were more people in the area than usual, which might have caused some unusual activity or given someone the opportunity to snatch him without raising alarms. I'm really hoping someone who was at the festival might remember seeing him or have some tips that haven't been shared yet. If you were there or know anyone who was, maybe check your photos or videos, just in case Dewayne is in the background. Every little detail might help.
