Hey everyone, I'm scratching my head over this Marcello case. I know folks have already brought up how unusual it is for him to vanish without taking his car or informing anyone, but something else just doesn't sit right with me. If Marcello has multiple diagnosed medical issues, wouldn't he need his medications and regular check-ups? Anyone in a similar situation usually has at least some routine in place to manage their health, right? I'm curious if anyone knows whether Marcello was diligent about his medical appointments or if he ever mentioned discomfort regarding his treatment. It could give us some clues, especially if he was dealing with something that might have led him to leave abruptly. Any thoughts or similar cases you guys might know of?

I've been following Marcello's case, and something that's really puzzling to me is the sudden trip to California. It's confusing how he supposedly left for such a major trip without taking his car or notifying his landlord. It doesn't make sense that someone would choose to travel long-distance without a vehicle, especially when dealing with multiple medical conditions that might require mobility and immediate access to healthcare. It makes me wonder if there was any evidence at his residence suggesting he was packing or preparing for California. It's almost like something unexpected might have changed his plans at the last minute. Anyone else have thoughts on this or know similar cases where a missing person's last known plans just don't add up?
