Hey folks, I came across Patricia Michele Foord’s disappearance, and there's one detail from a news snippet that caught my attention. Apparently, her cell phone last pinged near a library just before she went off the grid. I’m trying to wrap my head around why someone would be near a library if they were planning to disappear.
