Has anyone else been following the Stephen Barton case? It's really puzzling how all of his things, like his cell phone and wallet, were left behind at home. You'd think that would give us some clues, but we're no closer to figuring out what happened. I found it interesting how his wife took a polygraph test and it showed she wasn't being deceptive. That must provide some relief for her in such a difficult time. Does anyone know if there have been any updates from law enforcement about the polygraph or the digital devices she handed over? It just seems like they’re pulling out all the stops. I mean, using aerial searches with infrared must have covered a lot of ground, yet we still have nothing. It makes me wonder if we're maybe just looking in the wrong place entirely. Thoughts?
Has anyone else noticed the odd timing of Stephen Barton's disappearance? Just thinking out loud here, but it's strange that he vanished right when spring was starting. I mean, wouldn't the change in season make any movements more noticeable with more people out and about? And with his nickname "Shane" being rather common, I wonder if someone might have picked it up thinking it was a different Shane altogether. Also, does anyone find it unusual that his phone and wallet were left behind? Feels almost like he intended to go somewhere briefly and then something unexpected happened. Hoping someone might have seen something that can help law enforcement piece this together and give the family some answers.
