Anyone else find it strange that John Gayle's car was found abandoned on the outskirts of town, but there are no apparent signs of foul play? The location is off a rarely used dirt road. I've been trying to piece together why he would go there in the first place. Was he meeting someone? Could it have been intentional to leave his car there and walk away? Seems odd for sure. Anyone familiar with the area who might know if it's a hangout spot or anything? The fact we’re being warned not to approach makes me think there's more to this story. What do you guys think?
I can't shake this gut feeling about John's disappearance. It's been bothering me how his car was found parked on that deserted stretch of road. I mean, there didn't seem to be any signs of struggle, and his belongings were still inside. The police said not to approach him, which is pretty concerning. Does anyone know if they've considered using tracking dogs from the spot where his car was left? It seems like that might turn up some clues about where he went. My thoughts are with his family—I can't imagine what they're going through right now, waiting for any news.
