Does anyone else find it odd that no security camera footage has been released in Jason Wagner’s case? Given that he was last seen in the Dallas area, you'd think there'd be some surveillance footage from local businesses or traffic cams that could offer clues about his movements. I understand not compromising an investigation, but a snippet might jog someone’s memory or prompt a viable tip. It just feels like a huge gap, especially when every second counts in missing person cases. Thoughts? Is this typical or are there specific reasons for holding back such info in cases like this?
Has anyone else been following the extensive community support for Jason Wagner's case? I've been amazed by how his local community, along with various online networks, have rallied to raise awareness about his disappearance. I saw some flyers being distributed in the community and there's been quite a push on social media too. Given his well-respected position in the community, it makes me wonder how impactful this collective effort might be in generating the leads needed to find him. I’ve been following Jason Wagner’s case, and I can’t help but think about the role of technology in these investigations. Given the lack of details, I wonder if they’ve had any success with tracking his cell phone or credit card activity. It’s 2023, and with so much surveillance and technology at our disposal, I’d hope they could get some clues from that.
Does anyone know if they’re using digital forensics here? It’s worked in other cases I’ve read about. If there’s any update on tech-based leads, it’d be a huge relief to know they’re actively using every tool available to bring him home. Keeping his family in my thoughts.
