Hey everyone, I came across Joshua Sneed's case and can't help but feel frustrated. It's been four years since he was taken to Peru, and I really don't understand how these legal systems are so slow on the uptake. How are Peruvian authorities still ignoring a U.S. court order? It's like the bureaucracy just keeps holding things up, and meanwhile, two kids are stuck far from their rightful home. Could anyone shed light on why cross-border custody cases face so many hurdles? It seems like Paul Sneed is doing everything he can, but being at the mercy of international politics must be exhausting.
