Has anyone here been following the Alida Escobar-Perez case? I was just thinking about the role social media plays in missing person investigations these days. With Alida, a lot of the awareness has come from community alerts and sharing her story online. It's amazing how quickly information can spread, but it also makes me wonder if authorities might face challenges keeping track of what's reliable and what's not. On the one hand, every share means more eyes looking for her, but could it also create confusion or lead to false trails? Any thoughts on how this balance is managed, especially in cases with younger individuals like Alida?
