This case has caught my attention as I spent my teenage years (middle school and high school) in the Snohomish and northern King county areas. I've been looking in to some thing and having a hard time time finding some answers to the questions I have. I'm curious if the following things have been released or if someone knows and can share the info.

  1. Was Jonathan active in any job programs in his high school transitional program? Has the name of the school been be released?
  2. It was mentioned in a podcast that he was getting ready to graduate the high school transitional program and asked if he could continue another year, was there anyone he was close with in the program either it be fellow peers in the program or mentors?
  3. Did he participate in any public events in the year leading up to him disappearance?
  4. Did he play any online games on his iPad where he could have communicated with anyone (known/ unknown) in the game?
  5. Did he have any access to any messengers or social media?
  6. Were the vehicles that were not usual to the neighborhood from the surveillance videos shared the with family, and have the descriptions of those vehicle been publicly released.
  7. Did Jonathan participate in any sports, hobbies, or activities outside, either in or outside of the transitional program.
  8. It was mentioned that he did not take any medications with him, would those medications be anything life threatening if not taken regularly?
  9. What apps did he have access to and use on his Ipad?
  10. Was his apple account linked to any of the families accounts or logged on to any of the families devices?
  11. Were any of his apps or emails that he used (Apps like Youtube) logged in to the families Tv or other devices? Did he have an email that he created at school?
  12. In the surveillance video from Kirkland that was released, the person in the video is wearing something on his wrist, was it common that he wore a watch?
  13. Who at the school asked for the parental controls and restrictions to be lifted on the Ipad and Phone?

Here is what I have found so far:

Yes, at least publicly described. Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said Jonathan used public transit with his job coach and had been working with his adult transitions program to gain skills for a job in Everett. One article said he was enrolled in a transition program at Weston High School in Arlington but this was not verified by the sherrifs office. His family only said his social circle was small. There is no info about this at all. The family says he played games on his iPad, including Minecraft, and liked Nintendo titles like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., and Zelda. No public confirmation that he used in-game chat or communicated with anyone through games. All we know is all his apps needed parental permission to download so not sure. I didn't see anything about a vehicle listed just that they thought he was transported in a car. It wasn't stated if his medical issues without medication were life-threatening. The things that are public are: Jonathan was in an adult transitions program, used transit with a job coach, had a very small social circle, used his iPad mostly for games and YouTube viewing without a YouTube account, and his apps required parental approval. Most of the deeper digital, school, and surveillance-vehicle details you asked about do not appear to be public. Hope that helped at least a little.

That helps bunch, thank you. Thank you for the assist it is greatly appreciated. I will update my list of questions here soon to reflect the answers I've gathered, incase it may be useful to someone else as well.

2 more questions to add.... Did he attend church? if so where? and did he participate in any programs there?

Hey everyone,
Has anyone else been following the case of Jonathan Hoang from Arlington, WA? Something that's been on my mind is the fact that he left his home without any of his usual essentials like his jacket or shoes. It got me thinking about how unusual this is for anyone, especially given that it was the end of March when it can still be pretty chilly.
I came across some similar cases where people with cognitive or developmental challenges wandered off, and oftentimes they didn’t dress for the weather either. It makes me worry even more about Jonathan being out there without proper clothing. Maybe someone saw him that night and didn’t realize he needed help because his actions might have seemed purposeful?
It's reassuring to know that the authorities have put a lot of resources into this—SAR teams, scent dogs, even infrared cameras—but I'm concerned they still haven't found any leads. Maybe if we keep this case visible, someone will remember seeing something that could help bring him home.
Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone has seen any updated info or community efforts in Arlington.
Stay safe, everyone!
Has anyone looked into the possibility of Jonathan having had an interaction online through his iPad? It seems odd he left with only that, especially when considering his other personal items were left behind. Maybe there's something in his online activities that could offer a clue or someone might have manipulated him into leaving. I know the tech specialists are on it, but sometimes small details might get overlooked. Does anyone have experience with similar cases where digital footprint played a big role? Sending my thoughts to those involved in the search.
