I was reading about Terrance Wallace's tragic case and my heart goes out to his family and friends. It's got me thinking about the impact of repeated gun violence on communities. I mean, hearing Linda Cook talk about how common gunshots are on North 21st Street is just chilling. It's one thing to see these numbers on a page, but for residents, it's a daily reality. How can a neighborhood truly heal and move forward if they're under this constant threat? It's hard not to feel a bit helpless, but I really hope more people start speaking up and sharing what they know with law enforcement. Maybe if we all pulled together as a community, we could start to bring about some change. What do you all think would help reduce this violence in areas where it’s become so common?
