Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Michael Burr's tragic death, and something that really got to me was the sidewalk vigil held in his memory. It's incredibly touching to see how much love and support Michael's community showed during such a painful time. The presence of a priest like Tom Mueller really seemed to bring a sense of hope and unity to everyone there. What stood out was Mueller's call for political action against gun violence — it was refreshing to see someone in a position of influence not shying away from such a pressing issue. How often do we find candidates avoiding the tough topics that impact so many lives? I genuinely hope that this tragedy, and the messages from the vigil, prompt meaningful change. Sending my thoughts to Michael's family, friends, and everyone affected by this terrible loss. Let's keep discussing ways to address gun violence in our communities and work together toward solutions. Stay safe.
