I've been following Amethyst Wood's case and can't get over the confusion that surrounds it. One thing that's been bugging me is why Amethyst's profile was removed from the MPIA database. Does anyone here know if that's a standard procedure when there's a development in a case, or could there be another explanation? I really hope it's a sign of progress, but with the lack of updates, it's hard to know what to think. Also, I'm worried about how common disappearances seem to be in the Jacksonville area—53 people missing across such a wide region is alarming. If anyone has insights into how these databases work or similar cases in that area, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
