Hey everyone, just stumbled across this case about Jairo Gutierrez, who's been missing since February 17, 2025, in Miami Beach. Something that's been on my mind is how crucial the surveillance footage review process must be in cases like this. Does anyone know how much time typically passes before authorities manage to collect and analyze video footage from local businesses or traffic cams? I've read that sometimes valuable time is lost if businesses or city agencies delay turning over this kind of evidence. Given the bustling area of Miami Beach, I imagine there are tons of cameras in place. It's got to be an exhausting process to sift through all this information, but each frame might contain that vital clue.
