I've been following Andrea Cincotta's case for a while now and something that's always puzzled me is the role of Bobby Joe Leonard. It’s so shocking to think that someone who had access to people’s homes because of his job might exploit that trust in such horrific ways. His confession in 2013 really turned the case on its head, but it also makes me wonder about other unsolved cases where similar opportunities existed for someone like him. Especially considering his previous criminal history, were there missed warning signs? It's a relief for the family that Andrea's case found some closure, but it's unsettling to think about how many potential crimes might have slipped through the cracks. My heart goes out to Andrea’s loved ones, who must have been on such an emotional rollercoaster through all these years.
