I was thinking about the Short family case recently, and something that keeps bothering me is the timeline of the morning they were found. The employee who discovered Mary and Michael's bodies arrived early, which isn't unusual if he was scheduled to work that day. But did anyone ever look into what their usual morning routine was like? Were there signs of a struggle, or did they maybe let someone into the house intentionally? It's so painful to think that someone they might have known could have betrayed them in such a brutal way. Also, regarding Jennifer, it's haunting to imagine what she went through in those weeks before her remains were found. My heart goes out to her friends and classmates who had to grapple with the sudden loss and uncertainty. If anyone out there knows anything, even something they think is small, sharing it could finally help bring some answers and justice for this family.
