I recently came across Dekopa B. Harvey's case from 2007 in Richmond, and it's been on my mind a lot. What's really puzzling is the lack of information about the night he was killed. Given the urban setting, you would think someone must have seen or heard something. It's so frustrating to think there might be witnesses out there who haven't come forward for whatever reason.
After all these years, it's concerning that there are still no solid leads. I can't imagine what Dekopa's family is going through, having to carry this pain without answers. They deserve closure and to know that justice is being sought for their loved one.
If anyone has any information, no matter how insignificant it might seem, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Sometimes the smallest detail can be the missing piece of the puzzle. Let's hope that one day soon, Dekopa's family finds the answers they've been longing for.
