I've been following the 1994 double homicide case of Sheila Johnson and Steven Munoz, and I keep thinking about the time and place they were found. A car wash off S. Flores, especially at 3 a.m., seems like such an odd location for something so tragic to occur. It makes me wonder if they were there by choice or if someone forced them there. Was it a meeting gone wrong, or were they ambushed? My heart aches for their families who must be desperate for answers even after all these years. Maybe someone saw something that seemed insignificant at the time. Even small details could be crucial in drawing new leads. Hoping that bringing more awareness to the case might prompt someone to come forward with information.
Hey everyone,
I've been reading a lot about the tragic case of Sheila Johnson and Steven Munoz, and something has been on my mind regarding the location of the crime. The car wash at 8323 S. Flores — it's a pretty well-frequented spot, even late at night. Does anyone else think it's strange that no one has come forward with any significant information despite the number of potential witnesses that might pass by at that hour?
For their families and friends, it must be incredibly hard, not just because of their loss, but because there's no closure. It's really important that if anyone knows anything, no matter how small it seems, they share it with the police. San Antonio has changed a lot since 1994, but I'm hopeful that someone out there remembers something that could help bring some justice for Sheila and Steven.
Stay safe, everyone, and let's keep their families in our thoughts as we hope for answers.
