Just came across this case and I'm really curious about the part where they mentioned the person was last seen on foot at 1307 hours. Does anyone know the area they were last spotted in? I'm wondering if it's a busy place where someone might have seen something or if it's more secluded. Also, wearing a black hoodie and shorts at that time—was it warm that day? It might explain the outfit and possibly connect to other sightings. Any locals here who can shed light on the usual activity around that time and place?
