I came across Monica Barrera's case recently, and it's so upsetting to think about how her family has been waiting all these years without answers. What's really mind-boggling to me is how much we rely on new technology and public outreach these days. It's so important for anyone with even the smallest bit of info to come forward – sometimes the tiniest detail can make such a huge difference. I hope that advances in forensic methods will eventually bring closure not just to Monica's family but to all those waiting for updates in similar trials. Monica deserves justice, and her family deserves peace.
