Has anyone looked into why the hospital didn’t put out a more immediate alert or notice after the complainant was last heard from on September 23rd? It seems strange that there wasn't a stronger follow-up given the circumstances. Hospitals usually have strict protocols on patient safety; maybe there's something more to understand about what went wrong or what might have been overlooked. I think investigating any security footage or records around those dates could shed some light on the situation. What do you guys think might have happened, and is it possible that someone inside the hospital might have more info, maybe even someone who interacted with the complainant regularly?

Has anyone looked into potential hospital staff witnesses who might have seen something unusual that day? I’m curious if there were any reported sightings of the complainant after April 3rd, 2024, or if anyone on staff noticed anything strange on September 23rd. Hospital environments are busy, but there are usually at least a few people who might remember something out of the ordinary. Even the smallest detail could prove important! Has anyone delved into this angle yet?
