Thomas D Ross, 26, was found dead in Fort Worth, Texas, on April 22, 2009, after a violent altercation during which he was shot multiple times. Police who answered a call from the area discovered his body and the Fort Worth Police Department’s homicide unit handled the investigation.

Despite forensic work, witness interviews and collaboration with Crime Stoppers including reward offers, investigators were unable to develop sufficient leads and the case went cold. The circumstances that led to the shooting remain unclear and no suspects were apprehended at the time.
