Has anyone else noticed the difficulties faced by authorities when looking for missing persons who don't have a permanent address? Neil Svenningsen's case is such a tough one because he's believed to be homeless, and that makes it incredibly hard for investigators to track where he might have been last seen. It sounds like he was known to hang around a few community centers in Bristol, but without a regular pattern or fixed location, it seems like finding leads would be a real challenge. Are there any local organizations in Bristol that focus on supporting homeless individuals during cases like this? If anyone has any tips or resources, it would be great to see more light brought to situations like Neil's.
