Has anyone looked into the social circles Nedd was part of before he vanished? Given that he was transient, it might be worth investigating if he had any known associates or hangout spots in the Tulsa area. People experiencing similar circumstances often have certain places they frequent or people they rely on for various needs. Maybe someone in that network has more insight into his recent activities or state of mind. It could be a long shot, but sometimes those overlooked connections hold the key.
