Just read about the tragic discovery of Linda Chapman's body in Birmingham, and I can't stop thinking about how long she was missing and why it took so long to find her. It chills me to my core that someone might have known she was there all along. The fact that her body was left decomposing in an abandoned home is just so unbearably sad. I hope her family and those who loved her can find some answers soon. It's hard not to imagine what they must be going through right now. I just hope justice is served and that the truth comes to light. On a side note, should an abandoned property, especially one in a neighborhood, be checked more often for safety and security reasons? What is everyone’s thoughts or knowledge on that?
