Has anyone else here been following the Barbara Dupree case? I can't get over how crucial community involvement was in finding her. It's a relief that she was found safe, especially considering her dementia. It makes me think about how many more people could be located quickly if we all kept our eyes peeled and reported as soon as we noticed something amiss. Living in the area, I saw several neighbors sharing the alert, and it really seemed like everyone was on the lookout. Props to the Dallas PD and everyone who stepped up. We should keep this momentum going for any future cases. It feels good to know we can make a difference when it counts.
