Does anyone else find the circumstances around Roberto Manuel Ortega Anaya's disappearance a bit puzzling? The area around the 1000 block of Lathrop Street in east Houston isn't exactly known for being deserted, even late at night. I can't help but wonder if there's any surveillance footage from nearby businesses or homes. It seems strange there's been so little information or evidence available even after months of searching.
