Has anyone else noticed the peculiar timing of Barry's disappearance on 11/11/2024? I find it curious that he was reportedly stuck in Sweetwater on that day. Route 11 isn't too far off, and traffic should have been manageable. Could there have been something specific happening on or around Frye St that caused Barry to text about being stuck? Perhaps an event or roadblock that someone overlooked? I'm not from the area, so any locals here who might shed some light on this? It's unsettling how these small details often hold the key to understanding what might have happened. Keeping Barry and his family in my thoughts as the search continues.
Hey everyone, I’ve been following Barry Raper’s case and can’t shake off this thought about his car. Has anyone heard anything about the vehicle he might’ve been driving when he supposedly got stuck in Sweetwater? I feel like a lot of these cases hinge on what happens with the person's car, whether it was found abandoned somewhere or if there are signs it was tampered with. A lead on that front could really narrow things down, right? If you’re in the area or passing by, maybe keep an eye out for anything that stands out. Every small bit might help piece together where he could be. Thoughts?
Hey everyone,
I was reading about Barry Raper's case, and something's been on my mind. Has there been any more info on who Barry was meeting or why he was headed to Frye St in the first place? It seems like an oddly specific location unless there was something or someone in particular he needed to see. I'm also curious about the timing – it seems strange that he mentioned being stuck in Sweetwater after supposedly heading towards Frye St. Could he have made a detour for some reason? Just wondering if anyone else has picked up on this or has any more details about that part of the case.
Also, I haven't seen much about search efforts in Sweetwater. If Barry texted from there, wouldn't it make sense to focus some searches in that area? Hoping someone has more insight or info they can share. Let's keep pushing for answers and support Barry's family in any way we can.
Thanks!
Does anyone else think it's odd that Barry sent a text saying he was stuck in Sweetwater? The timeline of events from leaving Athens to supposedly being in Sweetwater seems a bit unclear. I checked the map, and while it's not a huge distance, the route he might've taken could have several places where someone could've seen something or noticed his vehicle. Has there been any info on surveillance footage along those possible routes or any reports of car trouble in the area around that time? Maybe he stopped somewhere and someone remembers seeing him. I feel like every little detail could help piece together where he might've been headed or what might have happened. Anyone familiar with that area who could weigh in?
Hey everyone, I've been following Barry Raper’s case, and something popped out to me that I haven't seen discussed much here. I was looking at some maps and realized that the route from Athens to Sweetwater where he texted about being stuck is pretty straightforward. Given the text about being stuck, do you think there's a possibility of him taking an alternate route for any particular reason? Maybe road construction, traffic, or something else unusual for him? It just seems odd considering how familiar he must have been with the area. If anyone local can chime in about any road issues or detours around that time, it might give us a clue. The more eyes we have on this, the better chance we'll have at finding answers. Keep the info coming, everyone. Stay safe.
