Hey everyone, I've been really curious about Dustin Gabel's disappearance. I recently came across a detail that hasn't been discussed much. Apparently, right before he went missing, he had just returned from a surf trip in Asia and was known to be in high spirits about his recent adventures. It's intriguing to consider if his experience abroad might have influenced any decisions he made that day, especially since surfing those diverse conditions might've given him a different perspective on tackling local spots. Could his recent travels have led him to take any unusual risks at Yokohama Bay? Or perhaps he bumped into someone there who he met during his trips? I know it's just speculation, but sometimes the little things can open up new avenues for understanding. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?

I was going through the details of Dustin Gabel's disappearance, and something that really puzzles me is his van being found with the keys in the ignition. It’s just bizarre, especially considering he was known to be cautious. Was it typical for him to leave his keys like that? Maybe he was in a hurry, but it just doesn't sit right with me. There’s also the fact that all his personal belongings were left in the van, undisturbed. Could it have been an indication that he was planning to come back soon? With no foul play signs, it almost feels like he was abducted by the ocean itself. Has anyone come across any other cases with similar eerie circumstances, or just me finding this detail a bit odd?
