I’ve been following the case of John D. Hernandez and the other unidentified victim found in the burning Escalade, and my mind keeps circling back to the location where they were found. 5736 Wilbarger Street isn’t exactly a bustling area, so what were they doing there in the first place? Was this a meeting gone wrong or just a random spot chosen to avoid witnesses? My heart goes out to their families, having to cope with such a violent and senseless act. It’s painful to think there might be someone out there who knows more but isn’t coming forward. It’s frustrating to see how little info has been released, but I’m hoping that the police have more in their arsenal than what they’re letting on. Anyone else have theories on the choice of location?
