I’ve been thinking a lot about Dana Wingate and how he ended up at the wrong place at the worst possible time. From what I've read, Dana was such a promising young guy with a bright future ahead. Imagine being just 17 and having your whole life ahead of you, planning summer adventures, and suddenly being caught in something so horrific. It’s like he was simply spending a normal day with friends, and everything was snatched away in the blink of an eye. I can’t help but wonder what kind of person (or people) could commit such an act and just leave those other kids unharmed. It’s unsettling to think how they left behind such chaos and heartbreak, but also survivors who had to wake up to that scene. Dana's story, like the others, deserves more attention and justice. It really makes me hope that with recent developments in the case, investigators might finally piece together the truth. It's been decades, but I believe that for Dana and all the victims, the community deserves closure. Does anyone else think that new evidence might finally point to who did this?
