Hey everyone, I've been following George Nicholson's disappearance and wanted to point out something about his case that's been sitting with me. I can't stop thinking about the fact that he didn't have a cell phone when he went missing. In 2011, not everyone had smartphones with GPS, but it's still unsettling to think how this could’ve changed the search efforts. If George had some form of tracking, maybe his path could have been traced or at least his last known location narrowed down. It's a reminder of how important it is for our elderly loved ones to have a way to be contacted or located when they’re out and about, especially if they're dealing with conditions like dementia. I hope this could help prevent similar situations in the future. If anyone has suggestions on low-cost, elderly-friendly tracking devices, I think they'd be great to share here for those of us wanting to take precautions. Let's hope we can get some answers for George's family soon.

I came across something interesting while digging into George Nicholson's case, and I wanted to share it here, just in case it sparks a discussion or offers a new angle to consider. Has anyone looked into George's usual route from Arlington to Tunica? I know it seems straightforward, but sometimes older routes or less-traveled paths can offer clues. With his early-stage dementia, it's possible he might have gotten confused and taken a detour or stopped somewhere along the way. Are there any areas en route that were more rural or less likely to have been thoroughly checked? Also, has there been any attempt to engage local businesses along this route to see if maybe he stopped there for directions or anything? I've seen cases before where someone was spotted on surveillance footage long after an original search missed it. Just some thoughts. Curious to know what you all think!
