Has anyone looked into the possibility of Tyrone wandering off to a familiar place from his past? Sometimes people with cognitive impairments tend to gravitate towards locations that have sentimental value or routines that they remember, even if they aren't currently in those routines. Maybe he tried to find his way to a place he used to visit often? It might be worth checking out any spots he might have frequented before his health declined. As the days pass, I’m growing more concerned, especially with the colder weather coming in.
