Has anyone else noticed the odd location where Matthew's car was found? Highway 38 in Latta isn't exactly a common route for someone traveling from Myrtle Beach to Ohio. If he really was heading to his father's place, why would his car end up there, of all places? I've been looking at maps, and it seems out of the way, especially if he was planning to drive to Ohio. Could there have been something or someone taking him in that direction? Also, leaving his phone behind seems strange; I can't imagine many people these days going anywhere without it. It's like he just vanished into thin air. It makes me wonder if stopping there wasn't part of his original plan. Anyone else have thoughts on this location?
Has anyone else noticed how strange it is that Matthew's car was found with so many personal items left inside? I mean, his phone and driver's license were still there. It's almost like he never intended to leave his car for long. I keep thinking about whether something or someone might have caused him to leave in a hurry. Also, why abandon his car in Latta if he was supposed to be heading north to Ohio? It seems so out of the way. Really perplexing circumstances... Hoping for any small piece of info that could lead to some answers. Thoughts?
Has anyone else been following the mysterious disappearance of Matthew William Prebeg? I'm curious about all the items left in his car. It seems odd to me that his phone, license, and clothes were just left behind. If he was heading to Ohio, why would all those essentials be left in the car? It makes me wonder if he met with foul play or if he just didn't intend to go very far. Maybe someone else drove him away? It just seems strange. I hope we get some new information soon. Any theories on what might have happened or why he didn't make it to Ohio?
