As someone who was in Joshua Knotts’ class back in Houston, I was struck by how much potential he had and how quickly it was taken away. I can’t help but think about how his family must be feeling right now, and I hope they’ve got the support they need. I’ve been wondering—did anyone else notice any unusual activity around the Bissonnet area leading up to that day? I know rumors can spread like wildfire, but it might be useful to remember even the smallest details. If anyone does remember something, it might be worth passing it on to the HPD or Crime Stoppers. It’s times like these when every little bit helps. My heart goes out to everyone affected, especially Joshua’s family and friends.
Has anyone here been following the Joshua Knotts case? I was thinking about how a 17-year-old could have so much life ahead, and instead, his journey ended so abruptly. It’s just unfathomable. This happened in such a residential area too. How do families continue living there, knowing such violence invaded their neighborhood?
What’s even more puzzling is the lack of suspects. With so many people in the apartment, why can't someone identify the shooter? I keep wondering if there's more to this story, like if it was truly random or if there's someone he's had issues with. Bringing some resolution to those who loved Joshua must be beyond challenging with so little to go on, but I hope someone out there has the courage to come forward.
