Just saw a recent update about Randal Pleiss's case, and it got me thinking. It's been years, and I still can't wrap my head around how someone can just vanish like that. I feel like one aspect that’s often overlooked is the background and environment – Battle Ground, WA, where he was last seen, can be pretty remote in certain areas. Does anyone know if there were any unusual weather events around the time he disappeared? Sometimes weather can complicate search efforts more than we realize, especially in a place like the Pacific Northwest. Hoping any locals or folks familiar with the areas around Battle Ground might have some insight. Keeping Randal's family in my thoughts as they continue their search for answers.
