This is one of Ann Blackner's 3 sons. Ann was a nice person, cared much about her family. Ann Blackner's son signed a high risk of assassinations waiver for his military role, GWOT, 2007. One time, circa '09-'10-*shrug*-around the time the captain Phillips op was planned, a secret service intervention prevented imminent deadly threat on Ann's first granddaughter's life, an attack in progress which was thwarted, in which Ann first granddaughter had been abducted across state lines-homeland security was involved at high levels, direct phone call to that department's secretary.
This is a forum outside of LE. LE response was not sufficient and violated codified statutory mandate, as to alerting the public, Ann's advanced age, medical condition. Ann was traumatized by an illegal eviction where the government failed its mandatory duties on a pleasant 2bdrm, where it was nearly 4bdrm, and a constructive eviction... a long story.
Around the timeframe in which Ann was no longer in contact with family via phone, highly unusual, prior to her disappearance, i bit prior to whatever LE put here, her son was robbed of vehicle and massively and overwhelmingly attacked in SW region of country where he had been in the process of stopping by TopSec access center to discuss donation of plans to discuss further for contingency as such in re , what if usa or allies are UCMJ Geneva mandate obligated to have to return equal and proportionate threat to a strategic or tactical fissile weapon. On his way mortgage shopping, as he essentially no longer needed to lease.
Ann's son personally tracked his truck, but had been without phone for sometime, an account still cryptographically locked. So when Ann's son made contact with family to report himself having been missing and now safe; he returned personally.
If there is anyone with knowledge of any whereabouts of Ann, or with any knowledge of whereabout's of Ann's remains, please do reach out. I would suggest anyone who might have harmed her to save the time and turn yourself in immediately and forthwith and begin cooperation with whatever questions LE might have; otherwise when justice is served, how do you avoid federal death penalty on this one considering the precedent, and the fact that mitigation wise this act of missingness has obviously been done by a person without remorse for their actions, evince by not self reporting crime yet.
In the event Ann is captive! In that case, release her immediately to authorities and medical care and we will work on it.
Other than that, if your working toward her justice, your work is appreciated.
This son of Ann's is going to one likely zone for any harm victims in this state to pray and admit his failure to his mother to protect his mother. Then checking in with ann brother and i guess other highly effective authorities to seek transfer of jurisdictional since that's what an international investigation is, multiple nations involved. I know not every criminal is a rocket scientist, but there's would been a better hostage/murder victim to choose. Either way, release her to me or anyb relevant authority alive or otherwise, she needs to be safe.
