I was reading about Stephen Oden's case today, and it truly makes you think about the impact unsolved cases have on the family and community. It's been more than a decade, and despite the dedication of the Cold Case Unit and those advanced forensic technologies we keep hearing about, there still hasn't been a breakthrough. I genuinely cannot imagine the frustration and heartache his family must feel each day as they wait for answers. I'm hopeful that with all the agencies involved—they're literally pulling together TBI and FBI resources—something will eventually come to the surface. Does anyone else think there should be more awareness campaigns for these cold cases? I mean, it's great that the investigators are doing their part, but maybe more community events or media coverage could encourage someone with information to finally come forward. Thoughts?
