Was anyone else struck by the lack of attention Santos Marquez Leal's case received? You'd think New Year's Eve would bring more witnesses or people seeking justice, but it seems this tragic incident quickly faded from public attention. It’s frustrating to think that Santos’s family still doesn’t have answers after so long. Why do some cases get the traction they need and others do not? It feels like the Metro Nashville Police Department is really trying, but maybe they need more media coverage or community involvement. I can't imagine how tough it must be for his family to cope with the loss without closure. Is there anything else we could do as a community to help push this case back into the spotlight?
