I've been following Ida Sheakley's disappearance with great concern. I'm curious if anyone else has heard about potential sightings of her outside Anchorage? I imagine with the vast, rugged terrain in Alaska, it's challenging to thoroughly search every area, and I've been wondering if she might have left Anchorage willingly or otherwise. Given the increase in awareness around missing Indigenous persons due to efforts like the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons initiative, I'm hopeful someone out there has seen something and will come forward. It’s so important that we keep discussing and sharing information about her case—the more eyes we have looking, the better. If anyone in junction towns or nearby regions recalls seeing someone matching her description, just picking up the phone and calling the authorities could make all the difference. Every small detail could be crucial!
