Hey everyone, I've been following the Silva Aguilar Cardenas case from Tulsa and something that struck me is the impact of Francine's Law. For those who may not know, this law requires all missing person reports to be entered into NamUs within 30 days. Given Silva's disappearance back in August, it's reassuring to see her case has those kinds of safeguards in place, but it still feels like we're missing something. I'm curious if anyone here has insights into how Francine's Law has impacted other cases in Oklahoma or if this might lead to more interstate collaboration? Anything helps at this point, especially keeping the conversation going. Please reach out if you know anything or even just share her info around your networks. Let’s hope we can bring her home.
