Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Baby Boy Gibson? My heart goes out to his family during this incredibly challenging time. I can’t imagine the pain they must be feeling. I've been thinking a lot about the importance of ensuring our little ones are in safe environments. It seems like there are so many loopholes when it comes to regulating these in-home daycare centers. How can we prevent something like this from happening again? It's terrifying to realize how many might be operating without any oversight. While it's reassuring that the other children were unharmed, it just makes me wonder how often similar situations occur without us knowing. Sending love to everyone involved.
