Has anyone been following the case of Audrey Lyn Nerenberg and noticed how the timing of her disappearance is so curious? I've been digging into similar cases from that era, and it's interesting how many people seemed to vanish under unusual circumstances in NYC during the late 70s. Audrey mentioned just going out for cigarettes, which was such a normal, everyday thing, but then she just disappears. The fact that she wasn't carrying any ID or medication adds another twist. It makes me wonder if there were any coincidental routine checks with local hospitals around that time, given how she might have been admitted somewhere as a Jane Doe. It's frustrating that none of those leads panned out. Does anyone think she might have wandered further than initially thought, or is there something more sinister behind it all?
