I was struck by the detail about Vernette's car and how it was found. There's something odd about the way the car was found three blocks from her home, yet strategically near the ex's new place. Has anyone else thought about what the symbolism or practical reason behind that location could be? It feels like a deliberate choice, maybe meant to send a message or throw people off.
