I was reading about Joseph Marquez's case recently, and something that stood out to me was the location where he was found. That industrial area off La Cadena and De Berry Road seems so secluded. I can't help but think how terrifying it must have been for him in those moments. It also makes me wonder if anyone who worked nearby heard or saw anything unusual that day. It’s troubling how these cold cases linger, especially when they’re in such isolated areas where witnesses are so few. I really feel for his loved ones who are still searching for answers all these years later. If there’s anyone out there who might have even the slightest bit of information, it's never too late to come forward. Joseph deserves justice, and his family deserves closure.

Thank you. I am Joseph first cousin and his death has been very hard on our family. I have been tring to get any info and there nothing which is strange. we feel as the sheriff's had something to do with this but to proof that is almost impossible.....his murder is too clean for it to be just a regualar gang related killing and the location and building its behind its a police property and no camera video of that night like i said too clean. i just hope whoever did this is suffering in life and goes to hell for what they did he didnt deserve this and left a daughter behind who will never know what a funny and respectful dad she had.
