Has anyone else noticed the inconsistencies around the timing of the blue Toyota being found? I remember reading that George was last seen around midnight on November 18, 1988, leaving that tavern in Omak. But when exactly was the burned-out car discovered south of town? It seems like that could be a key piece of the puzzle if we knew how soon after his disappearance it was found. If the car was found shortly after, that might suggest whoever was involved didn't spend much time before torching it. I’m curious if there were any witnesses at the time who heard or saw anything suspicious near where the car was found. Maybe someone heard a conversation at the tavern about heading south that night or noticed something odd on the road? It feels like this detail might be crucial in understanding what happened to George. Thoughts?

Hey everyone, I recently came across the puzzling case of George Wayne Pooler, and something didn't sit right with me regarding that burned-out Toyota they found. From what I read, the car was discovered just three miles south of Omak after his disappearance. Is there any information about who the other people were that George left the tavern with that night? It just seems odd to me that despite finding the car in such a condition, there hasn't been much talk about questioning those individuals. Does anyone have any insights or additional information on this aspect of the case? It might be a long shot after all these years, but revisiting even the small details might help shed some light on what happened to George.

Hey everyone! I've been thinking a lot about the blue 1982 Toyota station wagon that George Pooler was last seen in before it was found burned out three miles south of Omak. Does anyone know if there were ever any witnesses who came forward about seeing the car in that area around the time it was torched? It strikes me as strange that it was burned so quickly after he disappeared. Also, I've been wondering if any forensics were done on the car back then. I know it was the late 80s, and technology wasn't what it is now, but maybe there's something useful that could be revisited? It's just frustrating that this one lead hasn’t given us more insight into what happened that night. Thoughts?
